RV Policies
Check In / Check Out
Check-in is at 2 PM MST, early check-in is not permitted. Check out time is 12:00 pm. We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early. If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at 2pm. YOU MUST CHECK INTO THE LUCKY LAKE 208 CONVENIENCE STORE! We need to take you down to your spot. There is a certain route that makes trailers face the correct way! Failure to check in at the convenience store will result in an $15 inconvenience fee because we will have to go down to get you to complete check in!
Late check-ins are allowed, please just contact Nikki at 208-878-5253.
If you are staying in our park for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed Nikki @ 208-878-2523 is the only person who can help you. Please contact park for more details.
Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move, please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.
Open Fires
Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in our designated fire rings.
Parking
Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges or towed at owner’s expense.
Storage
Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table.
Site and Park Navigation
Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.
Washing
Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a sponge. Hose washing is not permitted, as it can result in a mess and disturb your neighbors.
RV Site cancellation policy
All reservations are to be paid in full upon booking. If full payment is not processed, there is not guarantee of reservation. We do not refund due to Travel delay, bad weather, medical emergency or any other circumstance unless with in the Cancelation policy.
One night stay must be paid for upon booking. You may get a full refund 2 weeks before arrival by noon. Less than 2 weeks before arrival by noon reservation is non-refundable. No shows will result in 100% of the stay.
Multi night stay the first night must be paid for upon booking and non-refundable. You may get a full refund excluding the first night, 2 weeks before arrival by noon. Less than 2 weeks before arrival by noon, reservation is non-refundable. No shows will result in 100% of the stay.
Holiday/ big events weekend the entire reservation must be paid for upfront. You may get a full refund 4 weeks before arrival by noon. Between 4 weeks and 2 week before arrival by noon, Lucky Lake can refund 50% of the reservation. Less than 2 weeks before arrival by noon is non-refundable. No shows will result in 100% of the stay. These weekends are normally booked out. Meaning we turn people away if we are full. If you cancel which every time period you’re in is what kind of refund you will receive. Lucky Lake 208 has already been turning other customers away. In previous years we have had big parties cancel and they leave us in the shorts. If you are unsure about dates, book when you are ready if you do not like the refund policies. Holiday / big events include but not limited to Baseball/softball tournaments in 2026, Memorial weekend 2026, Spudman 2026, Regatta 2027, 4th of July 2026, Labor Day weekend 2026.

AFTER THAT YOU MAY GET UP TO 50% REFUNDED UP UNTIL JUNE 10TH @ 12:00 PM. AFTER JUNE 10th @12:00 PM SPACES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION AND YOU ARE NOT IN YOUR SPACE 24 HOURS AFTER YOUR CHECK-IN DATE YOUR SPACE MAY BE RENTED OUT!
Cancellation for Monthly Reservations
Monthly/weekly reservations are to be booked directly through Nikki @ 208-878-5253. Monthly/weekly reservations are non-refundable and not negotiable.
Tiny homes refunds and policies
Tiny home reservation for the first night is nonrefundable. If you book multiple nights, you may get a full refund excluding the first night, 2 weeks before arrival by noon. Less than 2 weeks before arrival by noon is non-refundable. If you cancel which time period, you’re in what kind of refund you will receive. If you are unsure about dates, book when you are ready if you do not like the refund policies. All reservations for the tiny home require a card on file. If there are any lost or missing items, the card will automatically be charged. If there is excessive damage to walls, furniture, walls, or buildings card will automatically be charged.
Pet Policies
Pets on a 6ft leash at ALL TIMES. Guests must clean up after their pet always. There are dumpsters throughout the park do not leave pet wastes in Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund and a $20 per occurrence fine. Our building are not pet friendly so they are not allowed in any of the Lucky Lake 208 buildings. Pets are not to be left alone outside without supervision. Please do not tie your pet to the trees, doors, or posts. Pets are not to be left alone outside without supervision. All pets must be vaccinated in our park, so make sure your pet’s shots are up to date. Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund. These policy is to protect Lucky Lake, you, your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe.
Vehicle Policies
Speed Limit
The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
Parking
Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 2 vehicle per site maximum (must fit within the reservation spot). Vehicles are only to be parked in reservation spots. There are no additional parking areas along the lake. If there is parking outside of reservation spot meaning in another spot, walking path, middle of roadway, hill side or grass there is a $50 fine. We have planted grass on our slopes. Bikes, walking or any other kind of playing is not acceptable. If there is traffic by tire or foot the slope side there is a fine of $500.
ATV’s. Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts
Golf cards and motorcycles are welcome onsite but may not be used within the park. Dirt bikes, side by side or other loud automobiles are not welcome for transportation. They are ONLY accepted to and from your site and store. The only parking is in your paid reserved spot or the convenient store. There is not to be any parking alongside the lake or a fine of $100. We have planted grass on our slopes. Bikes, walking or any other kind of playing is on the slopes not acceptable. If there is traffic by tire or foot on the slope side, there is a fine of $500.
General Park Policies
Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop in the office to a parking pass. Lucky Lake 208 RV Park reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm MST. Visitors follow all campground rules.
Electrical Use
You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. You may only use one type of electrical amp. If you use more than one electoral plug you will be charged an additional fee $40 per day.
Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
Restrooms
Restrooms/showers are still in the process of being built. Please be patient.
Quiet Time Policies
Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund or fined $40 inconvenience fee.
Trash Disposal and Recycling
Trash dumpsters are located throughout the park. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash dumpster. If the first dumpster is full, please find another container. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Wild animals are attracted to left out or disposed of food and while we think they are cute and wonderful animals, we don’t want you to find a surprise night visitor at your site because of incorrectly disposed of trash! Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.
Children
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Riding bicycles or scooters without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children. Children must be supervised at all times there is no lifeguard on duty at the lake. We have planted grass on our slopes. Bikes, walking or any other kind of playing is on the slopes not acceptable. If there is traffic by tire or foot on the slope side, there is a fine of $500.
Drones
Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or RVs.
Clotheslines
Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and/or fined $50.
Repairs
Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.
Safety and Emergencies
Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal information to others.
If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (208-878-5253) 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed.)
If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.
Terms & Conditions
I agree and shall cause my children, invitees, and guests, to abide by the Park Rules, including those rules and policies published at www.luckylake208.com, posted on the Premises, or otherwise communicated in any manner by Lucky Lake 208 Management.
I further understand and agree that Lucky Lake 208 does not give credit or refunds due to the discomfort of nature. Lucky Lake 208's refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as listed above:
As a participant in a recreational activity, I am responsible for acting within the limits of my ability and heeding all warnings regarding participation in the activity. I will maintain control of myself and any equipment while participating in the activity and will refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to myself or to others.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Lucky Lake 208, its owners, and agents (collectively, Lucky Lake 208 Management), from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Lucky Lake 208 property, facilities and including lake and water activities (collectively, the Premises) and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife.
I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Lucky Lake 208 Management, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including attorney fees) they may incur due to injury (including death), damage, or loss of property relating to the use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although Lucky Lake 208 Management makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility.
As a courtesy, our employees, if so requested, may assist with directing you to your designated campsite. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site will accommodate your specific trailer/RV and that you will not hit any branches, bollards, trees, etc. when positioning your RV on the campsite. You agree to indemnify and hold Lucky Lake 208, its owners, and agents (collectively, “Lucky Lake 208 Management”) harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including attorney’s fees) that may result from an employee assisting or directing you onto a campsite. Furthermore, you release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lucky Lake 208 Management for all liability, loss, or property damage relating to an employee assisting/directing you to your site.
I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such an earlier date communicated to me. If I fail to pay the total due, I agree that Lucky Lake 208 may charge any remaining balance (in addition to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation.
The Premises are privately owned, and THE LUCKY LAKE 208 MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason. Lucky Lake 208 Management reserves the right to request any person or party it deems necessary, to leave the campground based on violations of Park Rules or behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests, including but not limited to, racist comments or hate speech, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. I have read this notice and agree to it as well as all Lucky Lake 208 Rules and regulations. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay. On behalf of each person in my party, I grant Lucky Lake 208 and its affiliated entities and promotional partners the right to include any photographic, video and other visual portrayals of each person in my party in any medium and for any purpose.
In light of the global pandemic associated with COVID-19, everyone shares the obligation to observe certain requirements and guidelines to help keep themselves and others safe within your shared community. In particular, I represent that I have not tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks and I have not been in direct personal contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks either. If I do test positive for COVID-19 or come into contact with someone who has, or if my temperature exceeds 100 degrees Fahrenheit and I experience other COVID-19-related symptoms, I agree that I will not seek to enter the resort/community until I am no longer symptomatic for three straight days. I agree to observe the safety requirements within the resort/community spaces -- including wearing a personal mask when required, and observing required routes of circulation, occupancy limitations, social distancing and sanitization requirements.
